Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any customs or import duties that may be charged to your order upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and may vary depending on your country's laws and regulations.

The tabled costs do not include VAT and are automatically updated when the order is completed, not including any import fees that may be charged upon entry of the goods into the country of destination. 

Shipping Carrier & Tracking

For deliveries in Europe

We work with a delivery partner that uses a variety of shipping carriers depending on your location and the size of your order. 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and a Whatsapp message from our delivery partner with a customer tracking page and contacts. You can use this information to track your order, communicate with the delivery partner and see when the order will be delivered.

If you have any questions or concerns about your order, our delivery partner is the main contact point. If you experience any difficulties with the handling of your order please contact us at support@saviracare.com. We will do our best to help you resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

For deliveries outside of Europe

We work with CTT as the shipping carrier.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from the shipping carrier with the tracking information.
